"Lake Effect" is a 30 minute documentary that explores the possible link between neurotoxins in water bodies throughout Northern New England and the onset of sporadic cases of the terminal disease, ALS. The film has aired on five PBS stations and screened at three festivals as well as the Vermont State House, accompanied by a public forum and Q&A hosted by Lt. Governor Zuckerman and the House Committee on Natural Resources, Fish and Wildlife. “Lake Effect” received the PBS Award for Best Documentary in the 2018 NEQ Regional Showcase at the Vermont International Film Festival.
